A Note of Thanks from Gary
Dear PMC Supporters;
Thank you all for your support to date, I am very touched by the outpouring of personal and financial support you have shown for the ride.
A few interesting points;
1. To date I have raised over $5,000, with commitments for even more!
2. I have ridden just over 600 training miles – I have had a lot of fun, and put in some hard work on the bike, and seen a lot of Cape Cod.
3. I have received donations from over 40 individuals and businesses.
Finally, I am excited to report that I will take part in the PMC “Survivors Parade” at Fenway Park prior to Saturday nights (7/12) Red Sox game! I will be on the field with 43 other survivors, riding around the warning track in an exciting pre-game ceremony; I believe at least a portion of it will be televised, so keep your eyes peeled! It is PMC Night at Fenway that night, so there promises to be a lot of attention paid to the event throughout the game and telecast.
Thank you all very much again for your outpouring of support and encouragement; it means so much to me and my family, and to the thousands of individuals your donations will help cure in the coming years.
As always, please feel free to forward this to others you may think would be interested in donating or hearing about this…the link to my PMC page is below.
Very best wishes to you and your families and many, many thanks for your generosity!
